Deepak leads how Wonder IVF speaks to the people it serves. With years of experience building healthcare brands and patient-education programmes, he makes sure every piece of information a couple receives — online or in the clinic — is clear, accurate and free of jargon.

Ajay keeps the day-to-day of the centre running smoothly. His background spans multi-centre operations and healthcare IT, from appointment and records systems to lab workflows — the quiet infrastructure that lets clinicians stay focused on treatment rather than paperwork.
Our founders bring more than 15 years in IVF and reproductive medicine, and the team around them has been built to match that standard — embryologists trained in modern ART laboratories, fertility counsellors who sit with couples through every decision, and coordinators who have guided hundreds of treatment cycles from first consultation to pregnancy test.
We review cases together. Protocols are discussed, second opinions are welcomed internally, and no plan moves forward on one person’s judgement alone. That habit is what keeps our care consistent across both our centres in Maharashtra.
